These little guys are completely sugar free and have added protein from the hemp seeds. If you and your little people are fans of coconut and bananas then you'll love these cookies.
1/4 cup raw Cashews
1 tbs Hemp seeds (optional)
1/2 cup Oats
1/2 cup + 2 tbs Shredded Coconut
2 ripe Bananas
1 tbs Coconut oil
Preheat your oven to 220°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Add the cashews, hemp seeds and oats in a blender and blitz till you have fine grains.
In a big bowl, mash the bananas using a fork, then add the cashew mixture, coconut and coconut oil and mix it all together.
Roll about a tablespoon amount into small balls, place onto your prepared baking tray, and flatten slightly with a fork leaving an impression.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
