Berry Smoothie Surprise
This smoothie is really refreshing and so easy to make. It's great as an afternoon snack, or even served as a dessert. Smoothies are also great to sneak in an extra dose of greens.

Berry Smoothie Surprise
Ingredients
1/3 cup Mango (frozen is fine)
1/3 cup Raspberries (frozen is fine)
1/4 cup Spinach
1/4 cup Yoghurt
2 tbs Nut butter (we use plain peanut butter)
1/3 cup Water or Coconut water
Directions
Simply blend all ingredients together in a blender and serve.
Best served immediately, or stored in a drinkable food pouch in the freezer for up to 3 months. .
