Blueberry Pancakes

These fluffy pancakes are so light and creamy. They have a natural sweetness from the honey and an extra zing from the blueberries. Super easy to make and is a definite crowd pleaser.  


Blueberry Pancakes


  • 1 cup Flour (sifted)

  • 1 cup Butter Milk

  • 2 tbs Honey

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 small pinch Salt (if using)


  1. Simply whisk all the ingredients together, except the blueberries. Once mixed in, add the blueberries and stir in using a spoon.

  2. Heat up a pan and add a bit of butter, then ladle small batched onto the pan. Flip once after 2-3 minutes.

Serve with a side of full fat greek yoghurt.
