Nutty Love Bites
These are a great little treat for your little ones. It's full of good fats and natural sugars from dates. We used a heart shaped mould, but if you don't have one just use a lined baking tray and cut out into little squares once hardened.

Nutty Love Bites
Ingredients
Base
1/4 cup Raw Cashews
1/4 cup Brazil nuts
1/3 cup Toasted almonds
12 Dates (soaked for 10 minutes)
2 tbs Shredded coconut
Cashew cream
2 tbs Peanut butter
1/2 cup Cashews
1/4 cup Coconut cream
4-5 Dates (soaked)
1 tbs Water
Directions
Blend all the base ingredients together and press into a mould.
Place in the freezer while you make the cashew cream.
Blend the cashews and peanut butter together until smooth. Then add the coconut cream, dates and water and blend until you have a nice smooth consistency.
Place on top of the nut base and refrigerate or an hour or so until its hardened.
Pop them out of the mould or cut into little squares and store in fridge.
Enjoy as a snack or an a after meal treat. Store in the fridge for 1 week or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
