Blueberry Yoghurt Drops are the perfect summer snack for little ones. They're super easy to make, full of nutritional goodness and great to have on hand in the freezer.
Blueberry Yoghurt Drops
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup Greek yoghurt
Line a cutting board with baking paper.
Working one berry at a time, dip each one into the yoghurt.
Using a fork take it out and place the covered berry onto the lined cutting board.
Once you have coved each blueberry in the yoghurt, place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Serve as a small snack or after a meal.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
