Twisted Spinach Puffs

So simple yet so delicious! I usually only make these when I've made a pie and have those annoying left over bits of Puff Pastry that I don't really want to throw away. I love how the puff pastry explodes and leaves you with chewy cheese centre, it's really special. I should make these more often.

- Simply lay 1 sheet of puff pastry on a clean surface. Sprinkle the cheeses and spinach on the pastry in thin rows.
- Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top, then cut lengthways between the filling (about 3 cm thick).
- Give each strip a gentle twist then place onto the prepared baking tray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, let it rest for 5 minutes and enjoy.
Not as good reheated, so eat up.
