Cheesy Polenta Chips

This is a little different, but it’s a nice twist to a traditional polenta. The cheese gives a delicious, creamy taste and baking in little chip shapes makes it perfectly crunchy on the outside, not to mention fun and easy for the kids. Try cutting out different shapes with cookie cutters before baking, and get the kids to help. It will encourage them to try it.

Cheesy Polenta Chips

  • 1/2 cup Polenta

  • 1/2 cup Grated cheese

  • Olive oil

  1. Bring the stock to boil in a medium sized pot.

  2. Lightly oil a large baking tray and set aside.

  3. Once boiling, slowly add the polenta and whisk on medium heat for about 10 minutes. (Whisk often)
