Crackers are a great snack to have on hand, particularly when you are out and about. These crackers have a really yummy flavour from the rosemary, and has essential fatty acids from the flax seeds.
Cheesy Crumble Crackers
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1 pinch Salt
1 tsp dried Rosemary
1 cup Cheddar cheese (grated)
2 tbs Flax seeds
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/3 cup Water
Preheat your oven to 200°c.
Blend the flour, oats, salt and rosemary in a blender.
In a large bowl, add the cheese, flax seeds and blended flour mixture. Give it a little mix.
Then add the olive oil and water, and mix until it forms a firm dough. Add a little extra water if it's too crumbly.
Flour a clean surface, and roll out the dough. Then cut out desired shapes and place onto your prepared baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
