Full of yummy goodness, this is a perfect meal for parents in a morning rush. You can make a day or two before and just store in the fridge.
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 Apple (peeled and grated)
3/4 cup Milk
3 tbs Orange juice
1 tsp Shredded coconut
Sprinkle of Cinnamon and Blueberries (optional)
Simply mix all ingredients together and store in an air tight container (like a Mason jar) and place in fridge for at least 6 hours, best overnight.
Serve cold, or hot. Keep in fridge for up to 2 days.
