Full of yummy goodness, this is a perfect meal for parents in a morning rush. You can make a day or two before and just store in the fridge.

Bircher Muesli

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats

  • 1 Apple (peeled and grated)

  • 3/4 cup Milk

  • 3 tbs Orange juice

  • 1 tsp Shredded coconut

  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon and Blueberries (optional)

Directions

  1. Simply mix all ingredients together and store in an air tight container (like a Mason jar) and place in fridge for at least 6 hours, best overnight.

Serve cold, or hot. Keep in fridge for up to 2 days.
