These little bites are really yummy, uber-healthy, and super easy to make.
Cheesy Cauliflower Bites
1 ½ cups Cauliflower (cooked)
1 cup Broccoli (cooked)
1 cup Cheddar cheese (grated)
½ cup Breadcrumbs
Preheat your oven to 200°C
Mix all ingredients together, roll into small balls or finger length rolls and bake for 20-25 minutes flipping half way through.
Serve as a snack or with some poached salmon or egg muffins.
