Mango Lassi

If only it were summer in this part of the world, and this would be like falling into a pool of heaven. But to be honest, even on cold days this is a delicious afternoon snack. Depending on how you like it, you can eat it out a bowl like ice cream or in a cup as a smoothie. Either way both my kiddies love this one.

Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Mango

  • 1/2 cup Full fat Greek yoghurt

  • 2 tbs Milk or Water

Directions

  1. Simply blend all ingredients together till nice and smooth.

Best eaten immediately.
