Cheesy Pasta Fritters
At ‘Frankie & Me’, we like to make large batches of food to utilise our time better. And instead of serving the same meal over and over again, we like to get a little creative and make different meals with our leftovers. This one is really tasty, and it’s great finger food for tots that want to pick up and examine everything they eat.

Cheesy Pasta Fritters
Ingredients
1 ½ cup Leftover Pumpkin Mac n Cheese
4 tbs Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
Directions
Simply mix the ingredients together and heat a frying pan with some olive oil.
Using a large spoon, dollop the mixture onto the frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes each side.
Serve straight out the pan and feed to Baba once cooled.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
